Building a better brute, sorry not the halo kind

I figured some folks might be interested in seeing the different steps to building my ogre torso.
The orc body is awesome but a little blocky, so I wanted to add more bulk but make him more organic as well. SO I started with the abs and chest.




Then the shoulders and sides.

The best part about taking all of these pics is it shows me all the little goofs I need to fix.

Adding individual cheeks put it over the top, but rounding out the back of that piece was the way to go. I think I am ready to start cleaning this thing up.

Ok I got the torso finished and molded along with 4 new ork heads. I need to get new green dye for my resin, it is way too teal. But better than painting on white.

You know, this body would be perfect for a custom Hulk mini-fig. The finished peice really captures how the orcs should look. Huge hulking beasts that you don't want to screw with. May have to try this myself.
