DesertCat's Customs

Post  Guest on Fri Dec 07, 2012 1:28 am

I have created many 1/18 scale customs, but I am new to Mega Blok customizing. I hope you enjoy my work. Comments and Questions are welcome. I don't mind telling my recipes.

Thanks, I wish I had the skills to make his iconic lines on his skin, but I am happy enough for now with the result. His body is a S1 Venom that has been modded to fit a WoW waist and hip connector. The legs are also WoW that were modded with Green Stuff to make the boot cuffs. The vest is a thin layer of green stuff. The shoulder pieces are from a Marvel Universe Jean Gray figure and the belt is from an X-23 of the same line. The head is a S3 Mr Fantastic with green stuff added to make the flat top hair style. The hands are from a S3 Silver Surfer.

Complete agreement with DR, Perfect Colossus, thanks for the recipe, looks like you did a lot of work to get him as good as you got him!

Love 'em specially colossus and deadpool.. nice katana's too. i don't mind the iconic lines on colossus, he still looks sweeter without it.

Good Stuff, I had been wondering if Lego Backpacks would fit onto a mega figure. Now I know that with a little modification they do fairly well. Thanks

These are all great, and I really appreciate the front, side and back views.

Hope us "Marvel" guys keep it going.

Can't wait to see what you do with your supply of Attacktix heads.

Awesome work dude! Loving them all, but that Colossus is my favorite. Any chance of a 'Fastball Special' pic with him and Wolverine?
