definitely a shame I didn't come in on this time time for LOKA.

They definitely go well with WoW. You can grab large lots of the "bad guys" from hong kong, but the others tend to be difficult to acquire in bulk.

BTW - sorry about the large pics, will try and get them reduced as time allows.

PB is still crapping out every few minutes, so I have to rush things a bit.

So, I cut the little stems out of factory hands and glue them into the new hand (after making a snug hole with Dremel) and voila, articulating hands. But make sure you use a very strong glue/epoxy because I had the stem pull out of the custom hand and left in the forearm when trying to swap back and forth.

All this talk of stems and holes and colinators, oh my!

His name is Colin, and he does the voice of Arnold all the time, so I dubbed him the Colinator. Man you have to hear this kid do his get to the choppa line, it is to damn funny.

Crap. I really wish I was into collecting a lot sooner. That LOKA stuff is awesome so many horses! How much did that stampede set you back? After seeing all those knights, I really want a Monty Python Black Knight. Awesome work bro.

Got most of those when KayBee was going out of business, so probably about $3-$5 each with a few bought at full retail of $7 and a few received in trade.

I really should have done the black knight with the kettle helm and surcoat, but I was just kind of screwing around with what I had.

Just realized that those aren't all my horses. Somewhere there's a shot with the dark knights mounted, too.

Yeah, I thought the LOKA line was way cheesy, 3 things stopped me from buying them :
1. The prebuilt wall sections. Didn't like them, thought they were inferior.
2. That cheesy action feature. I didn't like gimmicky things at the time, and modded most of the corny things Lego did with their sets ( flickfire missiles, etc)
and 3, the non blok monsters. When I first saw them, I thought that was sooo lame, not being able to have built up monsters... I don't know why I thought that though, as I was really into the Dragons line, and I loved those dragons! Whatever, I missed out, too bad for me.


Amazing stuff Mike, I love the mounted knights, looks total war game quality. The painting on them is superb, and the other customs not yet commented on, well you know how I feel about blokky women...

Not sure if you were referring to the main body of knights or Morgana & Son, but if it was the massed formation - those are all stock. I eventually started custom painting one of each with a squire, but these are from before that.

At Trifecta we understand that not everyone can afford our work, and therefore we are now accepting redundant organs and souls in lieu of cash. Extraction of said payment to be carried out by the very best licensed and bonded professionals minimum wage can hire.

We might be able to settle for a virgin of noble birth, but I know that neither my wife or Chris's would approve our keeping her. Technically, we could always sell her for parts, though...

That Prophet is one of the kewlest things I have ever seen. I'm not even a Halo fan but I would gladly give my my leg for it. I can get buy with one!
