Re: LOKACollector's Customs
Some head variation between different waves, though. Not bad if you want some for Marvel of Pyrates use. They also have WWE, but they tend to have heads that are a bit small. Might work with WoW in the right context.

Phoenix convertion:
You poor blocky beast!
Ah, that's better!
Point taken - you aren't a fan of LEGO trees...

Merlin is so bad ass.Do the hands still rotate, or glued in place?
Both females are the shizzle, awesome sauce there.

Of course they rotate - what kind of hack do you take me for?

Be nice LOKA, DR's barely met you, he's already made play to you in saying you're a LEGEND amongst us all, and he's humbly come before you for a boon of knowledge. That being said, DR, you know he wouldn't skimp out on articulation! Good thing we haven't built the planned torture chamber yet...

If he can't tell I'm kidding, blame these smilies - their cutesyness renders them unable to convey the nuances of my mood and humor. It's like asking William Shatner to stand in for Hugh Laurie on House.

Re: LOKACollector's Customs
I knew, didnt bother me one bit. I was curious, because I have thought about making a couple hand molds, wasnt sure what most do, glue or allow to rotate.
(Oh posting from my son colins account to amke sure he only sees what I want him to, no founder section for him, he will end up being a lurker for sure.)
Colin is 5, and he is the one who asked me about the hands while I was showing him all the customs in the thread. I had said I think they move, but I will ask anyway.Even being 5 he has a good eye for things.

That explains everything.
But, dude! Colinator sounds like a machine I never, ever want fired up near my backside
Yes, I know the spelling would different, but...
Maybe he should become an interrogstor when he grows up.
Junior interrogation officer: "This guy won't talk. Go get the Colinator."
Prisoner: "I'll talk, I'll talk!"
Interrogator: "works every time."

Re: LOKACollector's Customs
C'mon, LOKA, tell the truth, you really would like it fired up near your backside!
So, I cut the little stems out of factory hands and glue them into the new hand (after making a snug hole with Dremel) and voila, articulating hands. But make sure you use a very strong glue/epoxy because I had the stem pull out of the custom hand and left in the forearm when trying to swap back and forth.
All this talk of stems and holes and colinators, oh my!

Re: LOKACollector's Customs
That's way too much trouble. Someday, I'll show you the easy way to do it.

Ahh, I knew It could be coaxed out of you to share your articulating custom hand technique if I posted up my clunky one.

Re: LOKACollector's Customs
Didn't say mine wasn't clunky. But it is easier.
And involves fire.

Ooh, I like setting things on fire, melted more than a couple of customs in my experimentations...

Special mod for my Royal Standard Bearer, back when I was tying to get enough LOKAs for a couple of Warhammer armies.
